Personal data
Personal data are data concerning you as an individual. This includes your name, your address and your email address. You do not have to disclose any personal data in order to visit our website. In some cases we need your name and address as well as additional information in order to offer you the desired service.
The same applies when we supply you with information material upon request or when we respond to your enquiry. In these cases we will always inform you of any saved data. In addition, we save only the data that you have transmitted to us automatically or voluntarily.
When you use one of our services, as a rule we collect only the data necessary to offer you our services. We may request additional information that, however, is of a voluntary nature. Whenever we process personal data, we do this in order to offer you our services or to pursue our commercial objectives.
Automatically saved non-personal data
Server-Log-Files
The provider of the sites collects and stores information automatically in so called Server-Log-Files, which your browser transmits to us automatically. This is:
• Date and time of the request
• Name of the requested file
• Site, from which the file was requested
• Access status (file transmitted, file not found, etc.)
• Used web browser and used operating system
• Full IP address of the requested computer
• Transmitted data volume
These data will not be aggregated with other data sources. The processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the stability and functionality of our website.
For reasons of technical security, in particular for the defence against attempted attacks against our web server, these data will be stored by us for a short period of time. It is not possible for us to draw a conclusion about individual persons based on these data. After seven days at the latest the data will be anonymised by abridging the IP address on domain level so that it is no longer possible to establish a reference to the individual user. In an anonymised form the data will additionally be processed for statistical purposes; the data are not compared with other data stocks nor forwarded to third parties, also in excerpts.

Your application data that are transmitted to us are collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of processing the application procedure. This in particular concerns the following personal data: Name, contact data, birth data, personal details relating to the curriculum vitae, etc.

We have implemented technical and administrative security measures in order to protect your personal data from loss, destruction, manipulation and unauthorised access. All of our employees as well as service providers working for us are bound by the applicable data protection laws.

Our security measures are subject to a continuous improvement process and our data protection statements are continuously revised. Please be certain that the current version is available to you.
Rights of data subjects
You have a right to information, rectification, erasure or limitation to the processing of your stored data, a right to object to the processing as well as a right to data portability and to lodge a complaint at all times pursuant to the prerequisites of data protection law.
Right to information:
You can request information from us regarding whether and to what extent we process your data.
Right to rectification:
If we process your data, which are incomplete or incorrect, then you can request their rectification or their completion by us at all times.
Right to erasure:
You can request from us the erasure of your data insofar as we process that unlawfully or the processing disproportionately intervenes in your legitimate interests in protection. Please pay attention that there may be reasons, which oppose an immediate erasure, e.g. in the event of storage obligations regulated by law.
Irrespective of the safeguarding of your right to erasure, we will erase your data immediately and in full insofar as this is not opposed by any legally relevant or statutory storage obligation.
Right to limitation to the processing:
You can request from us the limitation to the processing of your data if
- you dispute the accuracy of the data, for a duration, which enables us to examine the accuracy of the data.
- the processing of the data is unlawful, however you refuse an erasure and instead request a restriction to the use of the data,
- we no longer require the data for the envisaged purpose, however you still need these data for the assertion or defence of legal claims, or
- you have filed an objection against the processing of the data.
Right to data portability:
You can request from us that we make your data, which you have provided us, available to you in a structured, common and machine-readable format and that you can transmit these data to another data controller without an impediment by us, insofar as
- we process these data owing to a revocable consent granted by you or to fulfil a contract between us, and
- this processing is consequently carried out in an automated process.
In case of technical feasibility you can request from us a direct transmission of your data to another data controller.
Right to object:
If we process your data for a legitimate interest then you can file an objection to this data processing at all times; this would also apply to a profiling that is supported on these provisions. We will then no longer process your data, unless we can prove essential reasons that are worthy of protection for the processing, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the assertion, exercising or defence of legal claims. You can object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing at all times without stating any reasons.
Right to lodge a complaint:
If you are of the opinion that we breach German or European data protection law with the processing of your data then we request you to contact us in order to be able to clarify any questions. You also have, of course, the right to contact the supervisory authority that is responsible for you, the respective regional department for data protection supervision.
If you intend to assert one of the stated rights against us then please contact our data protection officer. In case of doubt we can request additional information for confirmation of your identity.
