Above all, your organisational skills and your smile are in demand during a fair. No matter if it is an activity at the exhibition stand or at one of the numerous other locations at the exhibition center. You are part of the company that presents their products or services, and your support is needed.
We are looking forward to receiving your application
Do you meet all of the above-mentioned criteria? Do you think you would enjoy the interesting and varied jobs at national and international events we have to offer? Then we are looking forward to receiving your application! Once we have verified your details, we will contact you to arrange a personal interview.
There are countless areas where you might work in, for example at exhibition stands, at counters, as a service staff or as a promotional staff member. Depending on your skills, we might also provide you to non-complex interpreting services or to look after VIPs.
You decide whether to apply for a particular job or not. It is therefore also up to you to decide when you have time to work, and when you do not. The working hours are as varied as the jobs. There are jobs where you might be required to work three days a week, jobs where you work only a few hours on a particular evening and also jobs at the weekend.
We expect you to have good manners and look well-groomed. You should also be reliable. Language skills and service experience are an advantage. However, especially in the service area, practice makes perfect - we will be happy to help you to improve your skills.
First of all, complete the application form, preferably all of it. This also includes uploading a portrait and a full-length photograph, just in case the customer wants to know what you look like. Learn here what to keep in mind with regard to the pictures. We would also like to meet you in person.
Your application photos should look business-like and you should be clearly recognizable. Selfies, holiday snaps, group photographs or pictures with red eyes are not appropriate.
The dress code differs for each job. However, the standard dress code consists of black fabric trousers, a white blouse or shirt, a black blazer or suit jacket and black court shoes for women or black formal dress shoes for men. In part we will supply clothing.
The employment contract is a short-term contract. This means that you cannot work more than 70 days per annum.
Our office no. 1.58 is located directly on the exhibition ground at the Große Straße in the ServicePartnerCenter. See here for directions or have a look at Google Maps .
