Teamplayer wanted:
Your career at B&S

Experts for a successful event

Since 1999, B&S has been accompanying its customers to unforgettable events - from the conception and organisation in our Nuremberg headquarters to the on-site deployment by our Service.People. Team strength is our most important success factor.

Service.People wanted: The ideal part-time job

You are looking for a part time job with flexible time schedule? Do you enjoy working with people and feel comfortable in an international environment? Good service means more to you than a nice smile? Then join our Service.People team!

Above all, your organisational skills and your smile are in demand during a fair. No matter if it is an activity at the exhibition stand or at one of the numerous other locations at the exhibition center. You are part of the company that presents their products or services, and your support is needed.

On noble gala events you can conjure a smile on the guests face, usually in different event locations in and around Nuremberg. Be attentive and courteous and you have the people on your side.

Events are always a big organisational effort. Many cogs need to mesh and that requires reliable staff. Whether as a bus attendant, for the registration of the guests, at the cloakroom or in the service, each staff member plays an important role.

There are countless areas where you might work in, for example at exhibition stands, at counters, as a service staff or as a promotional staff member. Depending on your skills, we might also provide you to non-complex interpreting services or to look after VIPs.

You decide whether to apply for a particular job or not. It is therefore also up to you to decide when you have time to work, and when you do not. The working hours are as varied as the jobs. There are jobs where you might be required to work three days a week, jobs where you work only a few hours on a particular evening and also jobs at the weekend.

We expect you to have good manners and look well-groomed. You should also be reliable. Language skills and service experience are an advantage. However, especially in the service area, practice makes perfect - we will be happy to help you to improve your skills.

First of all, complete the application form, preferably all of it. This also includes uploading a portrait and a full-length photograph, just in case the customer wants to know what you look like. Learn here what to keep in mind with regard to the pictures. We would also like to meet you in person.

Your application photos should look business-like and you should be clearly recognizable. Selfies, holiday snaps, group photographs or pictures with red eyes are not appropriate.

The dress code differs for each job. However, the standard dress code consists of black fabric trousers, a white blouse or shirt, a black blazer or suit jacket and black court shoes for women or black formal dress shoes for men. In part we will supply clothing.

The employment contract is a short-term contract. This means that you cannot work more than 70 days per annum.

Potential job offers are published in an email, SMS or we may call you. We also ask you when you are available for work in advance and will assign you accordingly.

Depending on the job, the hourly rate is at least 12 euros.

Our office no. 1.58 is located directly on the exhibition ground at the Große Straße in the ServicePartnerCenter. See here for directions or have a look at Google Maps .
