Following cancellation fees are applicable, if the rooms cannot be sold again:

Changing of reservation and invoice: € 29,00 administration charge
Until 8 weeks prior to arrival: € 29,00 administration charge
Until 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the room charge
Until 4 weeks prior to arrival: 80% of the room charge
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the room charge

Payment:

8 weeks prior to arrival - you will receive an invoice from us in time
