If a credit card is required for the booking, we will be happy to contact you personally before sending the booking confirmation. Your hotel reservation only becomes binding upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

Following cancellation fees are applicable, if the rooms cannot be sold again:

Changing of reservation and invoice: € 29,00 administration charge
Until 8 weeks prior to arrival: € 29,00 administration charge
Until 6 weeks prior to arrival: 50% of the room charge
Until 4 weeks prior to arrival: 80% of the room charge
Less than 4 weeks prior to arrival: 100% of the room charge

Payment:

8 weeks prior to arrival - you will receive an invoice from us in time
